With 18 years of experience and a foundation of discipline from my military career, I've built a results-driven approach to fitness, specialising in weight loss and helping clients achieve life-changing transformations. As the owner of Curtis Bros Fitness for 13 years, I combine my passion for training with a hands-on understanding of challenges, competing regularly in Hyrox events and thriving in strength-based training, Xtreme Fit classes, and running. I believe success is built on consistency and effort, and I'm committed to guiding every client with tailored strategies, motivation, and unwavering support to help them surpass their goals and build a healthier, stronger future.

I chose personal training as a career to help others both physically & mentally through health & fitness as the benefits are life changing!

My past experiences include the armed forces and working with children in care.

I love hybrid training working on both my strength & endurance across all aspects of fitness. Hyrox is my favourite sport that I compete in several times a year which combines running and functional strength exercises.

Seeing clients grow stronger, more confident, and happier is what motivates me every day. I believe that fitness is not just about physical appearance; it’s about building confidence, improving mental health, and fostering a positive lifestyle.

My approach is simple: I focus on understanding your unique needs, setting realistic goals, and building a supportive environment where you feel confident and motivated. I combine effective workout techniques - such as strength training, improving flexibility, and increasing range of motion - with mindful practices to ensure your progress is sustainable and enjoyable.

I decided on a career in personal training because sport and fitness has always been a passion of mine. I have a high level of self discipline, allowing me to achieve success, and I feel this would be of great benefit to my clients. For me, exercise is much more than aesthetics, it’s also about mindset.

Functional fitness is my preferred form of training. Over the past couple of years I have taken up running. I love listening to my music and zoning out from the stresses of every day life, whilst running a few miles.

This inspired me to become a personal trainer to help others achieve the same life-changing results and reach their full potential.

I love bodybuilding and strength training because they allow me to build muscle, improve my physique, and boost my mental discipline. The challenge of pushing my limits and seeing progress helps keep me motivated and focused.

My fitness journey began five years ago, when I first stepped into the gym feeling unsure and a bit lost. I didn’t know where to start, but I reached out to trainers and people around me for support — and that guidance changed everything. Over time, I developed the knowledge, discipline, and mindset to take control of my own progress. In the last year and a half, I’ve lost over 20 kilograms and transformed not just my body, but my approach to life.

Now, as a trainer, my goal is to inspire others to believe they can do the same. I’m passionate about helping people push past their limits and discover what they’re truly capable of. I specialise in strength training, functional fitness including HYROX and circuit-based workouts, as well as sport-specific conditioning. Whether you're new to fitness or ready to take your training to the next level, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
